Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Physically damaged and/or missing Product(s) cases will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery. The item is not used and of the same condition when you received it ( unopened). It should be on its original packing. You should have the original receipt or proof of purchase of the item. Items that are returned defaced or damaged are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

The amount of the Refund only covers the amount of Product(s) purchased.

Shipping and payment processing charges are non-refundable

Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment selected at the time of order generation.

After receiving the returned item, we will notify you if it is eligible for a refund. If it is approved, we will issue a refund to your card. It depends on your card issuer the days to process the refund.
