No, you don’t need to sign up to buy any of our items, and can directly add them to the cart. However, we do recommend you create an account with us, so you can track your order easily, and your shipping details will be saved in case you choose to make another purchase.

Recovering your password is easy. You will see a “Forgot password” option at the top of the page, where you will be asked to enter your email address. After doing so, you will receive your password via email that you can use to log in again.

We accept credit cards and debit cards for online payments. Cash on delivery is available for physical payments, as well.

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. Your order total along with shipping charges will be visible to you before you check out.

We ship all over the UAE, and to the following countries:

  • Egypt
  • Jordan
  • KSA
  • Kuwait
  • Lebanon
  • Oman
  • Qatar
  • Syria

Orders take between 24 – 48 hours to be processed, and are shipped thereafter. If you live in the UAE, your order should reach you within 1-2 days of shipping. For international shipping, orders normally take between 3 – 5 working days.

We do not exchange products or accept returns unless you receive them damaged, and there’s an error on our end, or while shipping. You can read more about our cancellation and refund policy here.

You will see the option of “Enter coupon code” while you are checking out. If you enter your coupon code there, the discount it entails will automatically be subtracted from your total before you check out.

Yes, we do. In case you’re more comfortable with picking up your order yourself, you can pick it up from our office at 1733, Tamani Arts Offices, Business Bay, Dubai.
