Cancellation

  1.  Cancellation of order must be done within 12 hours of placing the order. Once item/s is dispatched, cancellation will not be entertained.
  2. If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order. Cash on delivery (COD), is only available for customers residing in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). If the buyer will return the COD order without any valid reason, charges will apply.

For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the same will be credited back to the bank account & any processing charges will apply.

No exchange of products for stock clearance/sale/promotional.

Once you have received your goods, please check thoroughly against the invoice. If an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty or an item has not been received at all, please call our Customer Relations at ‎+971 58 500 5340 within 24 hours and send an email to sales@thepartypopper.com. No claims can be accepted after this period. If after investigating the error, we found we are at fault, we will correct the problem at no extra cost to you.

In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will repair or exchange the product as needed along with any shipping fees incurred. We will send the exchanged item at the same time we will collect the damaged one. We will only pay the return shipping cost if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

We do not accept any returns unless there is a defect in the product from our side.
