Delivery

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. If there is a problem with your order, we will inform you within 24 hours.
Processing time of confirmed orders is mostly within 24-48 hours, provided that the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification.

If there is any urgency in your order, please do email us at hello@thepartypopper.com/tpp, and we will do our best to meet your request.

We use a courier service for order Delivery, which is mostly done within 24-48 hours from shipping the order within the UAE.

Delivery charge will be subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect those orders that have been confirmed and already sent with dispatch confirmation. Any changes will be posted on the website.

Certain destinations are only serviced by select shipping methods. Depending on the shipping address you specify, you will only be offered shipping method options that are valid for that address type.

If a customer is not available, the courier company will contact you with the next delivery date and time. If a customer is not available the second time, the order will be returned to our warehouse and the customer will be charged for the order.

Please note that shipment may get affected during holidays depending on the Courier operation.

Customers are completely liable to pay all duties, taxes and customs in all transactions.

International Shipping

We can ship our products throughout the world using air and ocean transportation services. We evaluate international orders from all new customers to determine whether we can accept them.

Orders shipped outside of the United Arab Emirates may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

• Cash on Delivery (CoD): You can pay cash to our representative delivering your product.

We reserve the right to refuse a delivery or honor an order from a Customer who has not paid part or the totality of a previous order or with whom a litigious dispute is in progress. We also reserve the right to take any necessary steps including legal action in case of outstanding or non-payment of fees by you.
